I am a farmers wife from east anglia and I write a monthly food article for a national magazine under my maiden name of Henrietta Balcon. I write about life on the farm and the difficulties we are having with the weather. what we grow. I speak and write about local growers as well. I was taught to cook by my mother and it is the love of my life. I like to go back to the simple way of life and make my recipes as simple to follow as possible and I also write the as Dairy free as well as normal. No one in the industry acknowledges the dairy free. Lactose free is not the same.
