I write The Cookbook Kitchen on Substack, where I document my journey into the food world through cookbook reviews, recipe testing, photography, interviews and longer pieces on travel and culture.
Over time, cookbooks have become the main focus of my writing. I love cooking from them, getting to know the people who create them and learning more about the stories behind the recipes.
Basically, I really love food. And cookbooks!
