I’m a self taught home cook with 11 years professional food experience. I have a recipe website with over 400 recipes CairoCooking.com and social media platform @cairocooking_ on which my partner and I shoot content for clients/food products.
I also published my first cookbook Bilhana (please check Amazon and Waterstones) in 2021 - highlighting healthy Mediterranean
Recipes. It is currently the highest selling cookbook for our published AUC Press.
I also started my podcast last year interviewing chefs, food historians, F&B entrepreneurs from my region about their careers and the meaning of food and cooking to them. Check @bilhana.cookbook.podcast and Apple Podcasts.
In the meantime, I also curate events, food markets and work on random recipes and menu development projects for F&B.
