I am an experienced editor, content marketing specialist and food trends expert with nearly 15 years' experience. As head of food at Tesco Magazine, I am responsible for overseeing all food content, commissioning and editing recipe and feature content as well as developing, writing and testing my own recipes for a publication with 6.19 million readers. In my personal life, I run a successful Instagram account @LeamingtonFoodie, where I highlight the food scene in my local area. I've also recently started a Substack called TL;DR recipes, where I publish simple but delicious recipes. Prior to working on Tesco content, I wrote about food, beverage and hospitality trends at trends consultancy Stylus. I have an MA in magazine journalism from City University and an Essential Evening Certificate from Leiths and because a Great Taste judge in 2025.
