Hi I'm Rinku! A cookbook author, chef consultant, and recipe developer with a passion for preserving authentic Indian flavours while making them relevant to today’s food landscape. Over the last ten years Ive channelled my work in many different aspects of the food industry and now focusing on sustainability, zero-waste cooking, nutrition, and the application of traditional Indian techniques in modern kitchens.
Through recipe development, brand campaigns, chef training, and consultancy, I aim to help chefs and food businesses create dishes that are rooted in authenticity while meeting contemporary demands. My recipes have featured in publications and collaborations including Leon and Bold Beans, and I am committed to keeping traditional flavours and culinary stories alive.
