I, known as @madeeha_eats on Instagram (295k followers), am a recipe developer, culinary motivational speaker, international guest chef/consultant and judge for international cookery competitions. A finalist on MasterChef 2021, I have tried my best to captivate audiences with my unique blend of traditional and modern culinary techniques. I grew up in Saudi Arabia, where I developed a deep appreciation for locally sourced ingredients which inspired my distinctive cooking style. My approachable yet innovative dishes blend authentic flavours with modern twists, making Saudi and Middle Eastern cooking accessible to home cooks everywhere.

I am a mum to 3 hungry buzz balls and a foodie content creator so nothing goes to waste in my household and that is my commitment to food, to appreciate its grower and the whole process of a produce reaching consumer.
