Hi! I'm Ash, and I just moved to London earlier this year from Brooklyn. I've been working in food for over 14 years. Currently, I'm contributing recipes to The New York Times and working as a chef-in-residence for a US-based sustainable meat and seafood delivery service called ButcherBox. Previously, I worked as a line cook, a private chef, and a product developer. I've been so lucky to have the opportunity to move through so many different ecosystems of the food industry, but I'm really enjoying writing and developing recipes for now.
