I’m a book publisher with a longstanding specialisation in cookery, well known in the industry for my highly collaborative approach. Although officially a commissioning editor, I am also de facto creative director, overseeing all aspects of the production process; acting as my authors’ first reader and structural editor; briefing and directing photographers, illustrators and designers; specifying book formats, paper stock and finishes; even, occasionally, passing books on press.
