I am British/Czech food writer, stylist, home economist and chef based between East London and South Bohemia. I graduated University of the Arts, London in 2014 and then Le Cordon Bleu in 2017 and have since worked across television, cookbooks and advertising. Raised between Bath and the Czech countryside, by an eccentric epicurean father and an avant garde, baking-obsessed mother, my love of food is as much about creativity and nostalgia as it is about taste. With a fierce curiosity in food and its history, I think I bring a heartfelt, approach to recipes that celebrate culture and comfort.
