Emiliano Amore is a Roman in Britain—a scholar exploring the cultural intersections of his two homes through food. With over fifteen years of experience, his career bridges high-end private cheffing for Marvel and Disney franchises with deep-rooted community advocacy.
A specialist in culinary empowerment, Emiliano has designed and delivered programs for over 5,000 people across 400 classes, supporting refugees, asylum seekers, and the neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ communities. He currently serves as a Development Chef, focusing on innovation and sustainability.
An active voice in the industry, Emiliano is the author of the digital cookbook BRITALIAN and is currently at work on his first book, A Roman in Britain. His work earned him a Best Newcomer 2024 nomination from the Guild of Food Writers and garnered endorsements from some of the UK’s most renowned culinary figures.
