Emiliano Amore

Chef, Culinary Educator, and Food Writer

Emiliano Amore is a dynamic culinary professional with over fifteen years of experience bridging high-end private cheffing with impactful community development in the UK.

Emiliano’s career highlights include his early role as a personal chef for the worldwide premiere of Game of Thrones, leading to several years as a private chef for high-profile clients, including actors from Marvel and Disney franchises.

Transitioning to social gastronomy, Emiliano became a driving force in community food initiatives. He contributed to Refettorio Felix in London, the project co-founded by 3-Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura, focusing on serving homeless communities using surplus food.

During the lockdown, his dedication was highlighted while serving as a Catering Manager for a homeless shelter in Brighton, where he successfully managed the preparation of over 10,000 meals using entirely surplus ingredients.

Community Leadership and Education
From 2021 to 2024, Emiliano served with the Food Partnership to lead both commercial and community cookery programmes. In this role, he demonstrated exceptional dedication to culinary education, designing and delivering courses that focused on empowering marginalised individuals. His instruction reached over 4,500 people across 350 classes, including refugees, asylum seekers, families on low incomes, and members of the neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ communities.

Currently, Emiliano works as a Development Chef and Cookery Teacher, focusing on innovation and quality control.

An active food writer, Emiliano is currently at work on his first book, A ROMAN IN BRITAIN, and continues writing his free online cookery book, BRITALIAN, on Substack. His insightful work has already garnered industry attention, resulting in a nomination for the BEST NEWCOMER AWARD 2024 by The Guild of Food Writers and several endorsements from notorious food writers.
