Jenny Ridgwell

I've been involved with food teaching and education in secondary schools since 1970 - a chief examiner, adviser, ran Ridgwell Press, trained teachers and created The Nutrition Program. Writing the sequel to I taught them to cook - a year in the 1970s teaching cooking to teenagers in an east London school.
