and trained Home Economist.
My early years I worked with Marshall Cavendish on Carriers Kitchen. Plus other part works working on making them compatible for America. I also freelanced at Woman's Own and other magazines.
I was Food editor on Prima Magazine and then Marie-Claire Magazine.
I have written over 9 books. Fish Cookery published for Sainsbury. Good Fast Food Woodhead Faulkner for Sainsbury.
