I work within a multitude of food and media related activities. I have filmed more than 1,250 TV shows to date, including BBC 2 Ever wondered about food, UKFood network, Channel 5 Gloria Hunniford Open House, Birmingham to Bombay, Fish4 Yu, ITV1 Alan Titch marsh show to name but a few. Author of 5 cook books to date. I also cook for British Ambassadors and VIP`s around the world and support the GREAT campaign, as well as consult for a variety of quality food producers assisting with product development, recipes, and getting into the retail and hospitality market place. I deliver TEDx talks and host a variety of awards and events around the world as well as deliver cookery demonstrations around the world. I produce /direct and present promotional cookery shows. I am an international iTQi judge Brussels and I moderator and consult for the Chefs World Summit Monte Carlo
