Paul Bellchambers

Interested in cooking from my teens I eventually trained and qualified with a City and Guilds Diploma in Professional Catering. With experience broadcasting on radio, demonstrating and talking about food and ingredients I went on to found a food festival focused on local food and drink producers. I design cookery courses for cookery schools and I love to share my interest and passion for cooking with my students. I develop and design menus for clients utilising the wealth of local ingredients available.
