I’m a people person and I love few things more than chatting. I’m curious and observant, extroverted and effervescent. I’m a consultant, curator and commentator, operating in what I like to call the world of taste.
I’m a hospitality obsessive and I sit at the intersection of restaurants, communications and the blurring lines of design, culture and lifestyle. To me, the world of taste is really about pleasure seeking, the search for those beautiful moments that most nourish our soul.
I run The Goal is to Eat, a newsletter dedicated to notable nourishment from around the world of taste. On TGITE, you’ll find monthly features on dining culture, and a weekly column called Stocktake, which provides interesting intel from the hospitality industry.
Along with the newsletter, I host a monthly Parlour that serves as an intimate gathering for those working with food to connect, converse and embolden one another.
