My principle career was as a chef, restauranteur, caterer and wine producer.
I have now retired from business life but still chair our family businesses- Local & Wild restaurants and Nutbourne Vineyards.
I have written 6 cookbooks and multiple recipe articles for magazines. My latest book- AN ENGLISH VINEYARD COOKBOOK has just been published by GMC Publications.
