Jane Gleeson

Jane Gleeson is a writer, editor, and communications consultant based in East London. While pursuing an MA in gastronomy during the pandemic, she launched Guzzle as a way to connect people when restaurants were forced to shut.

Since its inception, Guzzle has evolved to include two print publications distributed in 18 cities across 11 countries, a fine dining experience in a field, and a series of events at the Ballymaloe Festival of Food. Alongside her work on Guzzle, Jane helps chefs and restaurateurs stand out in a crowded market. Her writing has appeared in publications such as Guzzle, All The Food, and FULL Magazine.

She is a proud member of the UK Guild of Food Writers and a judge for the Great Taste Awards.
