I am the editor and journalist covering several aspects of the food sector, including policy, nutrition, foodtech, plant-based, sustainability, culture, ingredients, retail and products. I have been an editor for 16+ years with roles at Food Matters Live, Time Inc UK/TI Media, Ethica Magazine and Heart Radio (Global). Furthermore I have worked as a guest lecturer in Food Journalism at the Media School in London and I have created recipes and done live cooking demonstrations at the Just V Show.
