Shirlee Posner

I have worked in a food related role for all of my working life first as a chef/restaurant manager. I have worked in food retail with Sainsbury's as a recipe writer and product development manager. Teaching food studies at both South Bank University and Surrey University has also been a huge part of my career. I resigned (after 10 really fun years) from farm shop in Surrey where I looked after PR and social media. I have lived in Singapore, Taiwan and Miami.In Taiwan where I lived for four years I was the editor and food writer for a magazine for the international community.
