Currently, I'm contributing recipes to The New York Times and working as the chef-in-residence for ButcherBox, a US-based sustainable meat and seafood brand. Previously, I worked in restaurant kitchens, as a private chef, and as a culinary product developer. I'm a recent transplant from New York, so I'm eager to make some local food friends.
