Food is a reflection of a nations' culture and heritage. I grew up with a bunch of food lovers and gourmands. Yea;! over the years and as I became a mother, my relation and interests with food writing and culinary heritage witnessed a dramatic change. I grew up between Sierra Leone in West Africa, Beriut (Lebanon) and finally resided in UK.
