I have published my parents lost cookery book from the 1980s. My parents ran an Indian and Pakistani cookery school in the 1980s. They then published a cookery book which they gave to their students. My parents then moved and we lost the book. Aged 8 I wowed to find it.
30 years later I found it at work. I took it home and was told by my parents to re-publish it. It took me 4.5 years to republish as my heart and love went into it.

It is now in Waterstones. The price is £19.87 which is the year my parents published their book. I wanted to re-start the cookery school and now we teach to locals Indian and Pakistani cookery.

£1 from the book helps the install clean water in India, Pakistan, Kenya, Sri-lanka as well as Palestine. We have now installed 95 water pumps. I have created dishes on menus in local pubs and restaurants in return for clean water in the name of the business working with me.
