I run a small narrowboat cafe and accompanying YouTube channel with my husband, Victor. Together we cruise around the canals and waterways of the UK, selling homemade cakes and barista coffee on our 54ft narrowboat, Holly. After a couple of years of trading we had a lot of interest from our online community about the cakes that we make and so in 2023 I self-published a hardback cookbook with some of the most popular cake recipes from the Cafe Boat.
