Liam Collens
Liam Collens was born in Trinidad and Tobago; then, he moved to the UK to pursue and obtain both a Bachelors in Law and a Masters in Commercial Law. He was called to the Bar in 2006 and then became a Solicitor in 2009. Now, Liam lives in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
Liam is a Contributing Writer to publications in the Middle East and the UK, such as FACT Magazines (London, UAE and Saudi Arabia) and Savoir Flair (Middle East and North Africa). Liam also founded EatGoSee, a food and travel website.
He regularly appears on DubaiEye 103.8FM radio, Farmer's Kitchen and the Chef JKP Podcast.
