Born and bred in Tehran, Iran, and based in Rome, Italy since 2007. My background is editorial graphic design and photography, majors I have studied in Art & Architecture University in Tehran as well as Rome's Fine Arts Academy.
I opened my food and photography blog, Lab Noon (www.labnoon.com), in 2014 which has been very well received both by the public and the press. Since then my work has appeared on Food52, Conde Nast Traveller UK, Prestel publishing, etc.
I have been working as a professional food photographer for both editorial and commercial projects. I teach cooking classes and photography workshops and I organize destination retreats in Italy.
I am represented by A.M.Heath literary agency in London. At the moment I'm working on my debut cookbook that will be published by Murdoch Books in 2022.
