Laura is a drinks writer who champions small producers and venues. Perhaps best known for her work on beer (including low and no alcohol), her book '50 Years of CAMRA' was named the best beer book in the world by the Gourmand Awards. Her bylines can be found in various publications including the i Paper, The Telegraph, Reader's Digest and BEER magazine.
Laura has judged food and drink in a variety of prestigious national and international competitions. The list includes acting as a judging coordinator for the Great Taste Awards and a judge for the Global Beer and Cider Masters, Champion Beer of Britain, British Pie Awards, World Gin Awards and the Craft Beer Marketing Awards.
Laura writes a monthly column on viticulture for Vineyard Magazine and an opinion column for CAMRA's What's Brewing.
