My particular interest is creating and writing about plant based food. I'm a no dig kitchen gardener/author, & have run kitchen gardens for clients including Sir Cameron Macintosh, Hadspen Estate and local restaurants - currently Roth Bar and Grill at Hauser & Wirth, Somerset. Also work as a chef for our gardening courses, usually making between 10 & 14 entirely seasonal homegrown dishes for lunch.
