Polly Tyrer

Early on in my career I became Vice Principle of the newly opened Leith’s School of Food and Wine and later Managing Director of Leiths Good Food. I have published six cookery book combining the knowledge gained during travels in Spain and California with that of my working life. Years spent in food developement gave me further experience in marketing, promotion, food styling and innovation. My interests now lie in teaching both adults and children the skills to prepare simple, well balanced family meals and in my voluntary roles as a business mentor.
