Taught sixth formers in secondary schools the Leiths Basic Certificate 2013-2020. Co-author of two cookery books, contributed to many others. Written recipe pages and recipe series for House and Garden magazine and for various national newspapers. Performed cookery demonstrations on TV, at Fairs & Festivals around the UK. Led a cookery course in Spain. Enjoy private tutoring.
