I am a home baker specialising in sourdough; as a result of finding a simple consistent process for making sourdough at home I decided to share this online and have now built up a lovely happy community of sourdough bakers who are making sourdough the ‘foodbod’ way all over the world. I assist people all over the world daily with their sourdough making via my various social media platforms, and share hints and tips and information to make this a simple, easily accessible and achievable process for everyone who would like to try it. I am 49, a wife, and mum to one lovely 18 year old son and cocker spaniel Bob.
