I am a trained Cordon Blue Cook. Was Cookery Editor at Good Housekeeping in the 90's and then freelance Food Stylist for Editorial, TV and Advertising Clients. I have been involved in the wellnesss community and currently run Eco Vegan Wellness Retreats with Mindfundllnes and Nature Rewilding experiences. I'm also a local Borough Councillor and am very active in my community encouraging a whole food plant based cooking.
