Kim Salmons

I am a senior lecturer in Humanities at St Mary's University, Twickenham and have published two books on food: Food in the Novels of Joseph Conrad: Eating as Narrative; and Food in the Novels of Thomas Hardy: Production and Consumption. I hold a PhD on food in modern literature and have presented and published widely on food in literature.
