Emily Quah

I am a food writer, recipe developer/tester and food stylist with years of experience working with top Michelin-starred chefs, to include Gordon Ramsay, Jason Atherton and Mark Sargeant. With my Asian heritage and European training, I have a wide knowledge of various cuisines and food cultures. In addition to modern British and European fare, I have worked on cookbooks featuring South East Asian, Indian, American and Brazilian food. After six wonderful years in Taipei where I was immersed in the exciting and diverse cuisines of Asia, my family and I are back in the U.K. and loving life (and the fresh, clean air) in the Kent countryside. Asian cooking and cake designing remains a huge part of my culinary repertoire with a focus on seasonal British produce.
