I am the editor of Food Matters Live, covering several aspects of food, including policy, nutrition, foodtech, sustainability, culture, ingredients, retail and products, and food psychology. I have been an editor for several years and also covered food and drink for Ethica Magazine and Heart Radio (Global). Furthermore I have worked as a guest lecturer in Food Journalism at Media School in London. I have also created recipes and done live cooking demonstrations at the Just V Show.
