British Chef and Cheese Whisperer, based half way up a French mountainside with 4 children and a Scottish husband. Originally trained in classical ballet, I worked in TV & theatre production, including several months driving The Phantom of the Opera's gondola. After a few years helping the government build a tent in Greenwich, we ran a locavore pub restaurant for 15 years. After saying we'd never do it again, we are now helping our village to renovate an old market place bistro. Hopefully, it will reopen in 2022.....

Commercial interests

With my family, we have a 3 bedroom B&B, CheeseSkool (a cheese tasting experience), & Terroir 63 (a village Bistro project due to open 2022).
