I am a 40 something mother of three, who's life completely changed after winning the Cake Club Competition on ITV's Lorraine Show. Since winning, I have worked in the food industry as a recipe writer, food judge, demonstration chef and more. I have written one book and I am currently working on my second, I have also written for the Metro, and have a blog: www.suzypeltabakes.com where I share recipes and collaborate with food brands by running social media competitions with them. In my spare time I enjoy walks with my favourite child (my dog, Buster) and watching reality tv!
