Julie is an award-winning food writer and author of Taste Tibet: Family Recipes from the Himalayas, published by Murdoch Books in March 2022. She studied Chinese at Cambridge University and lived in Beijing for many years. She met her Tibetan husband, Yeshi Jampa, in India, and together they own and run the Taste Tibet restaurant and food stall.
