I have only joined the guild last month and already my hopes about it have been fulfilled.
I am loving meeting like-minded people in an industry that I am still very new to and I’m looking forward to expanding my knowledge and skills.
My interest in platters came about due to the growing grazing trend and I had been watching it grow as Covid hit. My business was started during the first lockdown in 2020. I decided that after a 25-year career in law, 10 of which were spent running my own company, that it was time for a change. I wanted to be creative, meet new people and most of all inspire people to enjoy new foods and experiences.
I supply my platters all over Cheshire for corporate events and for individuals just wanting a cosy night in to a full-on wedding celebration grazing table.
I am most proud of my cookbook, Inspired Grazing. I wrote it in four months during a global pandemic, it sold out within four months and it’s now my publisher’s fastest selling book. I have sold copies all over the world and it fills my heart with so much joy that my cookbook is inspiring people to make their own creations too
