Saghar is a Rome-based food writer and photographer originally from Tehran. Her writing and photography have appeared in Food52, Conde Nast Traveller and Corriere della Sera, which also listed her as one of the ‘50 women of food in Italy’. Her focus is on Iranian, Middle Eastern and Italian cuisines. She runs cooking classes and photography workshops and retreats. Her first cookbook will be published by Murdoch Books in 2022.
