Online Workshop: Italian Summer Cookery

Join Guild member, Katie Caldesi, for a cookery demonstration of some of the more unusual recipes for a truly Italian Summer. Katie will prepare a Roman hot pasta dish with a summery raw sauce, while a Pugliese tart made with a very fine olive oil and wine pastry filled with leeks and olives cooks in the oven. To accompany the tart Katie will show us how to make a dish of runner beans with Parma ham and Chilli.
