Rosie is a food and cookery writer with over a decade of experience. She's on a mission to tell the stories behind the food we eat and inspire people to connect more deeply with food culture and cookery while getting the most flavour they possibly can out of ingredients. As well as writing features and articles exploring all things culinary, she writes regular seasonal recipes for BBC Good Food magazine where she is a contributing editor. She's also an ongoing contributor to Borough Market's award-winning magazine Market Life, and makes regular appearances on Saturday Kitchen. Her book The Joyful Home Cook was published in May.
