After running a busy farm shop, selling and sourcing local and regional produce for the last 10 years, I've moved on to be a consultant helping set up retail farm shops and delicatessens by sourcing local seasonal food from local and regional producers. I am also the Author of the 'Humble Herb' book series, six herb recipe books developed with simple ingredients and being instrumental in creating my own food range, I am now an established food writer, photographer, presenter and stylist. I've written, styled and photographed for many clients, including cookery books, magazines and websites along with my own "Humble Herb" brand, Along with writing for many local and national newspapers, various food & drink related websites and magazines, I also create a monthly Herb recipe for Hertfordshire Life Magazine and have been on the judging panel for the second year in the prestigious 'Hertfordshire Life Food & Drink Awards'. I like to show off my passion for food in my photography and writing, I've also had amazing opportunities to do food demonstrations globally in front of fantastic audiences and I love to giggle and drink GIN!

Eat what nourishes your body, do what nourishes your soul, think what nourishes your mind. I create and develop recipes that make me feel good. I have also made my own personal choice to eliminate wheat, gluten and limited diary from my diet. In return I feel much better in myself internally and externally. This doesn’t mean my relationship with food is boring, it means I have identified personally what works best for me. I believe that everyone one has some form of relationship with food. And some people have made life-changing choices through their relationship with food. As I’ve got older my intention had nothing to do with dieting, and everything to do with living. And now I have embarked on this journey to find a better connection between the way I view food. And I make sure I eat what makes me feel good.
