Eat what nourishes your body, do what nourishes your soul, think what nourishes your mind. I create and develop recipes that make me feel good. I have also made my own personal choice to eliminate wheat, gluten and limited diary from my diet. In return I feel much better in myself internally and externally. This doesn’t mean my relationship with food is boring, it means I have identified personally what works best for me.
I believe that everyone one has some form of relationship with food. And some people have made life-changing choices through their relationship with food. As I’ve got older my intention had nothing to do with dieting, and everything to do with living.
And now I have embarked on this journey to find a better connection between the way I view food. And I make sure I eat what makes me feel good.
