After 12 years as a brand strategist for London advertising agencies, the fun had been had and the rat race was taking its toll, so I quit. With no idea what to do next. But rural life in the Cotswolds beckoned and, as well as starting my food blog about the gluts from my garden and the ensuing gluttony in the kitchen (Gluts & Gluttony) I got a job growing vegetables at Daylesford organic farm in Kingham, Gloucestershire and later working in the cookery school and then cafe,
3 years, several placements (Ashburton, River Cottage, Thyme Cookery School) and lots of training later, G&G has grown into a full time venture through which I teach cookery classes, hosts supper clubs, write about food (Crumbs Magazine, .delicious, Healthista, HuffPost and local press) and run a private cooking business. I cook seasonal, home grown food which celebrates the harvest and the landscape – no frills or frippery here.

As well as being a blog and writing outlet, Gluts and Gluttony is a business providing private chef services, cookery classes and hosting supper clubs in the Cotswolds. I generally work with private clients but have some commercial clients such as AEG, Electrolux, OURS Travel (tour guides), Red Bull and the Organic Milk Suppliers Co-op.
