Lorna Wing

Lorna is a cook, recipe writer and cookery teacher with a long culinary career. She trained as a home economist, before working as a chef for Prue Leith. Thereafter, she cooked her way around the world and sailed the Atlantic, crewing aboard a yacht bound for the Caribbean. Lorna went on to run Heal’s Restaurant for Sir Terence Conran and to have a highly acclaimed catering company, organising events for everyone from rock stars to royalty, earning her the moniker ‘the canapé queen’. She is the author of Party Food, and a former columnist for Delia Smith’s Sainsbury's Magazine and for Woman & Home.
