I've always been an enthusiastic eater but after being given Roald Dahl's Revolting Recipes as a child my passion for cooking began. Growing up my mum cooked food that wasn't the norm for a family in Newcastle - middle-Eastern Indian and French featured highly in her repertoire and it's this which has inspired me in later life. As Food Editor of delicious. (my dream job) I I feel extremely fortunate to work with a fantastic team and spend my days creating and editing beautiful recipes that will make people happy. For a cook and writer there's nothing better!
