Theo is a chef, presenter and best-selling author specialising in Mediterranean family recipes. Theo has authored five cookbooks, his most recent being ‘Rustica’ – Mediterranean village food. Previously saw the hugely successful ‘SHARE’ and ‘Orexi! – feasting at the modern Greek table’ translated into three languages. Theo is also the co-founder of FiveDinners.com – an online meal planning service for families.
