I am a French-English and Italian-English translator and copy editor for food, drink, travel and general titles, including Americanization of recipes, text and punctuation. Publishers I have worked with during the past 3 years include Flammarion, Larousse, Pavilion, Michelin Green Guides, Quadrille and La Martinière. Prior to that I was the freelance food editor of OK! Magazine for 14 years and The London Magazine’s food and wine editor for 10 years. During that time I also regularly contributed food, drink and travel features to other publications including Sunday Express Magazine, Sainsbury’s Magazine, Period Living, Living France, BBC Good Food and TV Quick. I have written and styled over 30 cook books on subjects as diverse as baking, oriental cuisines, children's cookery and fish and seafood plus cocktails, desserts and chocolate.
