Kim Salmons

I am an Associate Professor in Modern Literature at St Mary's University, Twickenham and have published two books on food: Food in the Novels of Joseph Conrad: Eating as Narrative; and Food in the Novels of Thomas Hardy: Production and Consumption and edited an anthology of essays on Migration, Modernity and Transnationalism in the Works of Joseph Conrad. I hold a PhD on food in modern literature and have presented and published widely on food in literature.
